HIV Testing Services (HTS) projects that were targeting Persons with Disabilities (PWD’s); supported by the National Aids Control Council (NACC) were with the objective to enhance the uptake of HTS services by Persons with Disabilities (PWD’s) in Mombasa and Kilifi counties.
